Dago SondervanDago Sondervan : Drums & Vocals

I started playing  jazz when I was still in my early teens , being very fortunate to be able to attend  the only school in Belgium teaching jazz at that time : the Jazz-studio of Antwerp. They  had some great drummers as teachers from whom I learned a lot  : Billy Hart, Dré Pallemaerts & Jan De Haas.

After finishing my education I got  involved  into the early Belgian electronic dance-music scene.

I started DJ-ing , spinning Jungle and rave-tunes at famous clubs like Fuse,  Brussels and the biggest  electronic festivals of Belgium, I Love Techno, ten days off, It’s like a jungle.

I produced a lot of experimental electronic music using the names Anton Price and Bohrbug.

Meanwhile I worked as a drummer , being  a session player for well-known  bands.

Daan, Styrofoam, Little Criminals, Think of One, Trixie Whitley, Buscemi, Nive Nielsen, etc

and for theater : Het Paleis & Laika.

The last couple of years I love to sing in my projects, interpreting the music of Randy Newman , supported by a band and a full string-orchestra or playing standards with my quintet, and also using vocals in my electronic compositions.

Let me introduce you the members of my quintet :
